For the Brighton High School varsity girls swim and dive team, their Oct. 16, 2025 meet against Hartland High School wasn’t just a chance for them to claim a crushing 114-70 victory against a longtime district rival but also an opportunity to celebrate their seniors. Seniors Maggie Burchfield, Josie Libler, Lily Storey, Ava Sventickas and Ava Thelander were all recognized as part of the team’s senior night, where the team celebrated both their victory in the meet and their graduating class.
